 Recruiter Role

Resposibilities

o   Trusted advisors to their hiring community with genuine market intelligence and insight,

o   Supported by the sourcing team and freed from administration, Recruiters will have the  capacity to build strong candidate networks.

o   Using Talent Pool Analytics & market knowledge, Recruiters will intelligently engage  hiring managers to develop a joint strategy to meet hiring demands and visibility of the  total talent available.

o   Recruiters will be supported by coordinators and scalable backend sourcing team.

o   Operational management of the Sourcing team.

o   Design and management of talent community strategy.

o   Tracking pipelines to ensure meeting quality and time targets.

o   Design and ongoing review of sourcing channels and sourcing strategy by role, function and region.

o   Management of all candidate channels including backend sourcing,

  • Job Description:
  • 4 to 7 years of experience managing end to end Recruitment working with R&D team from Healthcare domain,
  • Excellent verbal & written communication with strong stakeholder management experience from GCC/MNC background,
  • Experience in end to end funnel management on Workday is mandatory,
  • Should be good in presenting Market Insight, Market Mapping & Talent Insight Reports,
  • Should have been part of quality driven environment like the six sigma/Gemba/ITIL framework for Recruitment,
  • Should be hands-on in Sourcing across active & passive channels, willing to work as an IC,
  • Should be willing to work in Hybrid mode with 2 days from client office & 1 day from Scalene office.
